  • Where can I find my birth details?

    Birth details if not known with the family, can be found on hospital records where you were born. Unfortunately birth times are not recorded on birth certificates, but are generally noted with birth documents if kept by the recipient/family.

  • I don’t know mine/or my recipient’s birth chart details - can I still order a Cosmic Fingerprint?

    For a birth chart to be 100% accurate, birth details must be included: exact birth time (to the minute), date and location. If this cannot be obtained, I, unfortunately, cannot create a birth chart print.

  • Do you do birth chart readings?

    I do! Visit my bookings page to get all the details and book a session with me!

  • Why don’t I feel I can relate to my Cosmic Fingerprint?

    Cosmic Fingerprints have been designed as a surface-level interpretation of the basic elements of your cosmic DNA. Charts have been designed using the Whole Sign house system, therefore can encounter differences to other house systems.

    There is a lot to be unpacked with a birth chart - more of which can be learned about in a Cosmic Fingerprint birth chart reading. The inner details you may not relate to are potentially related to the aspects in your chart. Aspects have been highlighted but not explained in Cosmic Fingerprints for the purpose of keeping it simple.

  • Do you offer gift vouchers?

    Yes! Gift vouchers are available as pre-selected values to coordinate with available prints, readings or also an open value item.

    Unique codes are sent to nominated email address and used in either the discount area of the checkout page for physical prints, or booking page for readings.

  • You got my date wrong on my Zodiac sign.

    Planet cycles are a natural occurrence, therefore Zodiac seasons can differ year to year. I will always make contact with the customer when there is a hairline difference to ensure there are no surprises upon receiving orders.

Shipping & Art Qs

  • What frame would you recommend?

    I can help with that! Framing is now available through the online store for A4 - A2 size artworks. Ready-made frames via the online store come with mat board to fit A4 - A3 prints and are faced with acrylic glass for safety and shipping purposes. Alternatively, you can work with your local framer for a custom frame.

  • My order is a special gift, can you jazz it up?

    Gift wrapping is now available through the online store! Add your special message in the “Is this a gift” field on the checkout page.

  • How do I care for my artwork?

    When receiving your artwork, it's recommended to keep your art in the plastic protective sleeve until framing to avoid marks and fingerprints. If you're receiving the artwork in a tube, let the artwork unroll under a heavy weight for a few days. Do not roll the artworks the opposite way, as they will bend and crease.

  • Do you create commissioned/custom artwork?

    Sadly, I no longer take on private commissions, however I am open to collaborations and projects to aligned brands.

  • Do you sell your originals?

    I do have select originals available to purchase, if you have seen a piece online are interested in the original, contact me at hello@getlusid.co. As my process goes across analogue and digital, the original may differ from the final product.

  • Can I have a custom-sized print made?

    If the size of the artwork you want is not available please don’t hesitate to contact me directly with work and the measurements you would like.
