The following terms and conditions are a simple agreement outlining the use of the Lusid Website [Site] as per the user [You], collection of information and purchase agreement. Note, the continued use of the website and/or purchase of goods through but not limited to the site constitutes the users acceptance of the following privacy policy. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change at Lusid’s discretion, ongoing use of the website constitutes your agreement to any and all updates. Please read the following carefully. 

SITE CONTENT

The content within but not limited to the Lusid site (including social media content) are intended for personal use only by the user of the site, with exception to products purchased online. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, exploitation of any of the contents within the site is prohibited. You acknowledge that you will not use or copy the work of Lusid derived from the site or work created by Lusid. You acknowledge that all artwork created by Lusid and used but not limited to the website (unless credited by Lusid) is owned and copyright to Lusid.

ASTROLOGY DISCLAIMER

The Astrological services provided by Alex Saba/Lusid are totally based upon their knowledge of Astrology and on the accuracy of birth details i.e. date of birth, time of birth and place of birth provided by you, therefore you need to be sure about the accuracy of your birth details. No guarantee can or will be given regarding the accuracy of any Astrology content shared. All aspects of Astrological and horoscope strictly cannot be a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial or psychiatric advice/care where ever applicable. The user is responsible for his/her/their life choices and decisions, Alex Saba/Lusid is not qualified and does not nor will they ever provide advice on any matter. You acknowledge that the information and materials Alex Saba/Lusid provides may contain inaccuracies or errors and they exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors. Alex Saba's/Lusid’s Astrological content is the opinion of one person based on her training and experience in Astrology. Another Astrologer’s opinion on any particular point might differ and you expressly agree to understand that fact by using the site.

CHART READING CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE POLICY

All birth chart readings are custom to each individual and created with immense care and consideration, for this reason cancellations within a week of booked date are not liable for a refund. Lusid reserves the rights to keep rescheduled bookings within a specific timeframe.


USER ACTIVITY

The site is always monitored for positive and negative behaviour by the user. We hold the rights to control any and all behaviour on the site and also across social media, including but not limited to Instagram at our discretion. 

PURCHASING AGREEMENT

All prices are made clear on the site and are subject to change at the merchant [Lusid’s] discretion. All sales once payed are final with no change of price or returns available. All shipping prices via the website are final. By purchasing from the site or in communication with Lusid, you agree to pay the shipping fee and liability for any extra shipping costs, such as but not limited to import charges, customs, exchange rates.

It is up to the discretion of Lusid whether artwork can be held until payment is ready. Payment is due immediately for any and all purchasing of artwork. Purchases can be made by stripe or direct deposit, in communication with Lusid.


DELIVERIES & RETURNS

All deliveries sent by Lusid through purchases made in, but not limited to the online shop are tracked - unless made clearly aware of. Once received/delivered, the title and responsibilities are transferred to the purchaser [You]. It is expected that if no one is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you will organise pickup or alternative arrangements. Lusid holds no responsibility for missing artwork once notified of delivery by tracking.

All deliveries are marked very clearly and packaged securely before sending out to ensure protection of all goods contained. 

All purchases from Lusid are final, we do not accept refunds on change of mind. On the unlikely chance an artwork is returned, Lusid will not be made responsible for the cost/reimbursement of shipping, domestic or international (unless faulty). PAYMENT SECURITY

Lusid takes privacy seriously. Information will remain within ownership of Lusid only, and will not be sold, traded or supplied to anyone further. When purchasing, specific information is required - this information is used for the purpose of ensuring deliveries are successfully processed, sent and received. Credit card protection is also provided by Shopify, with the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a secure connection technology for the merchant and buyer/user.


COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information is only collected through the Lusid website by directly entering information through the purchase process or newsletter. Information received will only be used for newsletter purposes and/or direct communication with Lusid .

Lusid holds right to ask for more payment information and/or identification or to cancel or refuse and order if the sale has been flagged with issues such as identity theft. In the event of this happening, you would be contacted and notified through the information provided during the purchase.
